Trey Zahra, the SeaGreen Construction owner, established this company to expand his previous construction experience. With more than a decade of experience, we are confident that our experienced team will deliver favorable results to the clients on all types of projects, no matter what. SeaGreen Construction was found in 2010.

About Trey Zahra

A graduate of Florida State University with a degree in business management, Trey began his construction career as an apprentice to a master carpenter. After securing his contractor's license in 2002, Trey began working on commercial and residential projects in St. Johns County.

A Licensed Contractor

In 2007, Trey earned his general contractors license, the most prestigious of all building licenses in Florida. This license allows SeaGreen Construction to do construction work anywhere in the state of Florida, and it guarantees satisfaction to our customers.

Special Trade Certifications

After that, to expand his knowledge of waterproofing and roofing techniques, Trey secured his state-certified roofing license. He has also completed many special trade certifications related to modern green building techniques. Trey is committed to expanding his knowledge base to meet his customers' needs while never losing sight of quality in any aspect of his work.
